it is interresting to know that we have resources in us, enabling the realization of our projects. nothing is difficult in life, you can always adopt the right attitude and nurture thoughts of positive thoughts, it is the key to success. The creative visualization it is something!!, the dvd talks about it a lot. It is up to you to change the course of your life. The dvd is an entry in regard to the realization of our desires through visualization, but it must continue to dig with other works to really appreciate and feel the abundance of the universe. With this DVD, it works all areas of the body, it hurts, but the pace is fast and the movements are linked together well. There isn't really cutoff, and it does not count the minutes until the end. Very good point for the part of abs, with a focus on the obliques. For the arms, the emphasis is on the triceps. I would recommend it. it is a diving vital in our immediate environment and also in a part of our being that we must always have in consciousness. and this film shows the pain that a great majority but not the minority of the shoah! to see the film one could believe that only the jews have perished, and yet!!! the horrors comises about homosexuals for example meritaient to be in a scene in this movie! this is only half a masterpiece, I'm sure another film, a true new masterpiece full of this faith will come about all the suffering of the jews as other. I put 1 star because this film should have been a hymn has the hope in all those who have been deported, and not only a part of them.. I had not seen this film since its release, I saw that today..
